How it Works

Prerequisite:

Exchange 2007 & Above Exchange 2003 & Below

STEP 1: Run the Tool & login with Exchange Admin credentials


STEP 2: Preview all the mailboxes


STEP 3. Click on Next


STEP 4: Apply filters such as Mails, Contacts, Calendar, tasks etc.


STEP 5: Select Maintain Folder Hierarchy & Split large files


STEP 6: Select Destination Location & Click on Export


STEP 7: View Status Report


STEP 8: Save Export Report
